The main point:
• Cities typically chilly are unseasonably warm
• Meteorologists: Global warming not to blame
• Plains are exception, having been hit by blizzards
My thoughts:
El Nino may have been the major cause, but nevertheless, global warming is still occurring, and played a part in the beginning of this years' warm weather. You call this winter?
